Licensed and in good standing
Certified
Experience in the field, including foreign training
Clinically confident in restorative, extractions and able to perform a variety of treatment options
Desire to teach and oversee the residency program
Able to lead and provide mentorship
Long-term commitment, desire to grow with the team
